REPORT: OVINCE ST. PREUX FACES MAXIM GRISHIN ON JUNE 26 UFC CARD

A light heavyweight division attraction has been added to the June 26 UFC card according to MMA Junkie as Ovince St. Preux faces Maxim Grishin.

St. Preux (25-15-0) has won two of his last six under the UFC banner, with those wins coming over Michal Oleksiejczuk and Alonzo Menifield. St. Preux previously challenged for the UFC Interim Light Heavyweight Title, losing to Jon Jones at UFC 197. St. Preux has picked up 12 of 25 wins by KO/TKO, with another eight coming by way of submission.

Grishin (31-9-2) has won just one of three in the UFC, with that lone win coming over Gadzhimurad Antigulov at UFC Fight Night 180. Grishin also competed in the PFL seasons one and two, earning notable wins over Jordan Johnson and Jason Butcher. Grishin has competed 42 times as a pro MMA fighter and 14 of those encounters went the distance.

UFC Fight Night takes place on Saturday, June 26 from a location to be announced and with a main event to be announced. PWInsiderXtra is providing live coverage of the event, while broadcast plans have yet to be revealed.
