A middleweight division attraction has been added to the April 10 UFC card according to Marcel Dorff of MMA DNA as Kyle Daukaus faces Aliaskhab Khizriev.
Daukaus (10-1-0) has won just one of two under the UFC banner, with that lone win coming over Dustin Stoltzfus at UFC 255. Daukaus has suffered a single defeat as a pro MMA fighter and that came to Brendan Allen at UFC On ESPN 12. Daukaus has picked up eight of 10 pro MMA wins by submission, with the rest coming by decision.
Khizriev (13-0-0) is making his UFC debut in this bout and does so with an undefeated streak that has lasted nearly seven years. Khizriev competed on Dana White’s Contender Series Season 4, Episode 6, defeating Henrique Shiguemoto by first round submission. Khizriev has competed 13 times as a pro MMA fighter and just four of those bouts went the distance.
UFC Fight Night: Till vs. Vettori takes place on Saturday, April 10 from the UFC Apex in Las Vegas, Nevada with Darren Till and Marvin Vettori headlining. PWInsiderXtra is providing live coverage of the event, while broadcast plans have yet to be revealed.
