MMA Fighting provided the following transcript of what Hill said in the video:

“The fight has been postponed, it’s not cancelled. I haven’t pulled out of anything. I specifically called and asked them to make sure they kept the same match intact.

“I’m having some complications from COVID. I contracted COVID a little over a week ago and the shit ain’t been going f—king good for me. I started out with a fever, I’ve been dealing with all type of symptoms ever since then including chest tightness, chest congestion, my breathing is off and as recent as yesterday, I coughed up blood. I spit some mucus out and there was blood inside of it. So f—k what anybody talking about. My health is in question. When my health is in question, that’s going to get my undivided attention.”
