Former UFC fighter Ben Askren and social media superstar Jake Paul are set to battle in the boxing ring on April 17.
UFC President Dana White, who himself is a boxing aficionado, is willing to bet $1 million on Askren defeating Paul.
“He talks a lot of sh*t,” White said on the “Hotboxin’ with Mike Tyson” podcast (via MMA Junkie). “We’re going to find out. I hope you can bet on this thing because I’ll f*cking bet a million dollars that he loses this f*cking fight. A million dollars that he loses this fight.”
Paul, who is undefeated as a professional boxer, would take to Instagram and double White’s bet to $2 million that he’ll defeat Askren on April 17:
White has yet to respond to the raising of the bet by Paul from $1 million to $2 million.
