A welterweight division attraction has been added to Bellator 255 according to MMA Junkie as Roman Faraldo faces Trevor Gudde.

Faraldo (4-0-0) has competed once before in Bellator, which was a second round knockout win over Pat Casey at Bellator 252. Faraldo has competed four times as a pro MMA fighter and none of those bouts went past the second round. Faraldo also went undefeated as an amateur fighter, with three of six wins coming by way of KO/TKO.

Gudde (2-1-0) is undefeated thus far under the UFC banner, having defeated Khonry Gracie by third round TKO at Bellator 252. Gudde enters the contest riding a two fight winning streak and he hasn’t been defeated in almost two years. Gudde also went undefeated as an amateur fighter and he is a former Cage Titans Amateur Welterweight Champion.

Bellator 255 takes place on Friday, April 2 from the Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Connecticut with Patricio Pitbull and Emmanuel Sanchez headlining. PWInsiderXtra is providing live coverage of the event, which airs live on Showtime.
