AJPW announced today that Yoshitatsu, Seigo Tachibana and Takayuki Ueki have returned the AJPW TV Six Man Tag Team Championship to the company over what is described as a "difference in direction." They were the fourth champions but never defended the titles.
The championship has only been around since December 2020 when Carbell Ito, Takao Omori, and Black Menso-re defeated Daimonji So, Revlon and Ryouji Sai.
Yoshitatsu, Seigo Tachibana and Takayuki Ueki ironically won the titles when they were vacant in October 2021 over Raimu Imai, Kazuhiro Tamura, and Takao Omori. The previous champions consisting of Carbell Ito, Yoshitatsu, and Seigo Tachibana won them in July 2021 over Tajiri, Yusuke Kodama, and Hokuto Omori but relinquished them in September 2021 when Ito suffered a wrist injury taking him out of action for several months.
