Another husband and wife duo will compete under the Bellator banner as Maria Henderson, wife of Bellator fighter and former UFC Lightweight Champion Ben Henderson, has signed a multi-fight deal with the promotion according to MMA Underground.
Henderson (1-0-0) is expected to fight Mackenzie Stiller next month at Bellator 293, it will be Stiller’s professional MMA debut on that night. Henderson previously competed in Bellator as an amateur fighter, defeating Collette Santiago by first round submission at Bellator 268 in October of 2021. Henderson has also competed three times in the Legacy Fighting Alliance (LFA), once as a pro and twice as an amateur fighter.
Ben Henderson returns to action next month at Bellator 292 on March 10, facing Bellator Lightweight Champion Usman Nurmagomedov in the opening round of the Bellator Lightweight World Grand Prix.
