A women’s bantamweight division attraction has been added to the May 13 UFC Fight Night card according to Iridium Sports as Jessica-Rose Clark faces Tainara Lisboa.
Clark (11-8-0-1NC) enters the contest riding a two fight losing streak, dropping bouts to the duo of Stephanie Egger and Julija Stoliarenko. Clark hasn’t won a fight in over a year, with her last win coming over Joselyne Edwards at UFC Fight Night 196 in October of 2021. Clark has seen 12 of her 20 professional MMA fights go the distance, winning six and losing six of those encounters.
Lisboa (4-2-0) is making her UFC debut in this bout and does so on the strength of a two fight winning streak. Lisboa hasn’t been defeated in over two years, his her last loss coming to Lorrany Santos at Shooto Brazil 103 in November of 2020. Lisboa has earned four wins as a professional MMA fighter, with two coming by KO/TKO and two coming by submission.
UFC Fight Night is scheduled for Saturday, May 13 from a location to be announced and with a main event to be announced. PWInsiderXtra is providing live coverage of the event, while broadcast plans have yet to be revealed.
