Former UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Jon Jones and former UFC Interim Heavyweight Champion Ciryl Gane will meet for the vacant UFC Heavyweight Title next month in the main event of UFC 285.
Daniel Cormier, himself a former two division UFC champion, has had issues with Jones in the past, but Jones has taken to Twitter to reveal that he has no issues with his former rival doing commentary for his fight at UFC 285.
DC you are more than welcome to commentate at my fight, I think you are really good at what you do. I trust that you would be non-biased. All the best brother

Whoever wants to do it, totally cool with me. I feel like I’m in a whole new chapter of my life, let bygones be bygones. https://t.co/Ac4BbtYTz1

The broadcast team for the event hasn’t been revealed at this time, as the promotion will usually reveal that information on fight week.
Jones and DC fought twice in the Octagon, with Jones winning at UFC 182 and a second win for Jones at UFC 214 being overturned to a no contest by the Nevada State Athletic Commission (NSAC) due to a failed drug test on Jones’ behalf.
