Herman was a finalist on the UFC Ultimate Fighter 3, losing to Kendall Grove in the finals of the reality show.
Cummings (24-7-0) is competing for the first time in over two years, with his last fight happening in August of 2020. Cummings has won three of his last four in the UFC, with those wins coming over Trevor Smith, Trevin Giles and Alessio Di Chirico. Cummings has earned 24 wins as a professional MMA fighter and half of those have come by submission.
