NEW JERSEY'S UNITED WRESTLING COALITION ANNOUNCES 27th ANNIVERSARY EVENT

By Mike Johnson on 2/27/2023 7:54 AM

The United Wrestling Coalition returns to the lower banquet hall of the Bordentown Elks Lodge in Bordentown, New Jersey on March 11, 2023, for our 27th Anniversary Event featuring action-packed live professional wrestling, a historical display of event posters, photos, and other memorabilia from the past 27 years, and the 2023 UWC Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony! Tickets are available at the door or online at https://www.eventbrite.com/e/515068362337. Doors open at 6:30 with a 7:00 p.m. bell time. General admission is $17, and kids under 5 just $5. Visit the UWCafe for a variety of meals and snacks during the event! For adults over 21, the bar will be open.

On March 11, current UWC Hall of Famers George Pinaha, The Orphan, Billy Lassiter, The Ripper, Mark “The Cannon” Melaccio, “Mr. 500” Joe Rules, Silly Billy, Vinny DeMarco, Jeff The Booker, Mighty Mo, Reckless Youth, The "Olympian" Dave Patera, Patricia M. Steinman, Matt Storm, Luxurious Lynne, Rick Silver, Preston Montgomery, Esq., and Daisy will be joined by five more inductees. Who will be in the UWC Hall of Fame Class of 2023?

X-RAY STEVENS. X-Ray Stevens made his United Wrestling Coalition debut in 2011 as a member of The Secret Society. This huge individual was considered the muscle of the group. Believing he could not be slammed, his manager Mr. Black offered ever-increasing amounts of money to any wrestler who could bodyslam X-Ray Stevens. His most recent appearance was in the 2017 Wrightstown Rumble.

TAYLOR NICOLE. Trained by The Soul Brothers, Taylor Nicole first appeared in the UWC in 2005. In a memorable moment, after she defeated Allison Danger and Cindy Rogers in a triple threat match on December 10 that same year at the Burlington County College, Joe Rules proposed to her in the ring. Their eventual marriage did not last, however, and the two engaged in a bitter feud. In her final bout, Taylor Nicole lost a retirement match to Legion in 2011. She was also briefly the UWC Commissioner before leaving the promotion entirely. Taylor Nicole is still loved by the fans and remembered for her hard-hitting chops.

"THE ONE" GEOFFREY BRAVO. Geoffrey Bravo debuted in 2010 and has gone on to hold every championship the United Wrestling Coalition has to offer! He won the UWC Heavyweight Championship on June 4, 2011, and he won it for a second time on December 1, 2012. Geoff Bravo is also a two-time United States Champion and a former Tag Team Champion with The "Olympian" Dave Patera. Throughout the years Geoffrey Bravo has been managed by Joe Rules, Preston Montgomery, and Mr. Black.

CHARLOTTE FLOCK. Last year we lost a very important part of our UWC family. Promoter Lois Thomas's mom, Charlotte Flock, passed away in July. She had worked with the United Wrestling Coalition since the very beginning. She loved the events and enjoyed knowing so many of the wrestlers and fans. Charlotte Flock will be the first posthumous inductee into the UWC Hall of Fame.

MR. BLACK. Mr. Black began his UWC career as a simple camera boy in 1999. After years of service, he was promoted to Commissioner. He was eventually removed from office for corruption. The Secret Society saw great success under his tutelage as their manager. Mr. Black currently manages The Co-Op, consisting of Mr. Spectrum, The Gargantuan, "American Crippler" Joe Wolf, Jay "The Key" Evans, Lance Scaper, and Everest.

Please join us March 11 at the Elks Lodge in Bordentown, New Jersey as we welcome X-Ray Stevens, Taylor Nicole, "The One" Geoffrey Bravo, Charlotte Flock, and Mr. Black to the United Wrestling Coalition Hall of Fame Class of 2023!

The United States Championship is on the line March 11 in Bordentown when "Brilliant" Bobby Banks, accompanied by Craig Z-List, defends his belt against Bryan Haden of Payne's Gate! Bryan Haden became the No. 1 contender to the US Title as a result of October's Trick or Treat Match, and he is finally getting his shot at the gold. What will happen when these two noted rulebreakers clash? Be there live and find out!

Having defeated Payne's Gate at our last event, "2 Hot For Your Mommy" Tommy Salami & YouTube Sensation Grim have been granted a title match with the longest-ever reigning Tag Team Champions, Lost In Hollywood—The “Perfect Irishman” Kurt Bale & The Hollywood Hooligan, on March 11, 2023, at the Bordentown Elks Lodge! Will Tommy Salami & Grim be the team to finally unseat Bale & Hooligan, or will their historic 1175+ day championship reign continue? Don't you dare miss it!

Other UWC favorites scheduled to appear March 11 in Bordentown, New Jersey include World Heavyweight Champion Tony Chini with Francesca, Pete Corvus, Crisis Creed, The Gargantuan, Iron Bull Argus, T.G.I. Fredo Majors, The “Leader” Kyle Payne, MISTER Spectrum, Warhead, Yankee TDM, newcomer Eric X Black with Raena Black, a special appearance by Daisy, and more!

Remember, UWC returns to the Bordentown Elks Lodge, 11 Amboy Road, Bordentown, NJ 08505, Saturday, March 11, 2023, for our 27th Anniversary Event and 2023 Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony! Tickets are only $17, kids under 5 just $5. Tickets are available at the door or online at https://www.eventbrite.com/e/515068362337. Doors open at 6:30 p.m., and bell time is 7:00 p.m.
