A women’s bantamweight division attraction has been added to the June 3 UFC card according to Dama De Ferro MMA as #10 Mayra Bueno Silva faces #11 Miesha Tate.

Silva (10-2-1) enters the contest riding a three fight winning streak, defeating the trio of Yanan Wu, Lina Lansberg and Stephanie Egger. Silva hasn’t been defeated in over a year, with her last loss coming to Manon Fiorot at UFC Fight Night 195 in October of 2021. Silva has earned 10 wins as a professional MMA fighter and seven of them have come by way of submission.

Tate (19-9-0) has won just one of her last five under the UFC banner, with that lone win coming over Marion Reneau at UFC On ESPN 26 in July of 2021. Tate is a former UFC Women’s Bantamweight Champion, defeating Holly Holm to win the gold at UFC 196. Tate has competed a total of 28 times as a professional MMA fighter and 12 of those encounters went the distance.

UFC Fight Night is scheduled for Saturday, June 3 from a location to be announced and with a main event to be announced. PWInsiderXtra is providing live coverage of the event, while broadcast plans have yet to be revealed.
