This weekend's UFC Fight Night San Antonio card has taken a hit because the UFC has revealed that Tamires Vidal has suffered from an undisclosed medical issue and has been pulled from a bout against Hailey Cowan.
Cowan has also been pulled from the card, since the promotion doesn't have enough time to acquire a replacement opponent.
There is no word yet on if the bout will get rescheduled or if the fighters will go their separate ways.
UFC Fight Night San Antonio takes place on Saturday, March 25 from the AT&T Center in San Antonio, Texas with Marlon Vera and Cory Sandhagen headlining. PWInsiderXtra is providing live coverage of the event, which airs live on ESPN.
