[London. 30 May 2023] HEXAGONE MMA has announced the revised fight card for HEXAGONE MMA 8, which takes place this Saturday 3 June at Beziers Arena, France's original and iconic bullfighting ring. MMA fans across 150+ countries worldwide will be able to tune into the fights live on DAZN.

In a change to the main card, the anticipated lightweight match between Mehdi Ben Lakhdhar and Wanderson Barcelos has been cancelled due to injury withdrawal on the part of Barcelos. HEXAGONE MMA matchmaker Mathieu Nicourt has advised that the promotion is in process of organising a new opponent for Lakhdhar for HEXAGONE MMA 9, just two weeks later in Reims on 17 June.

Instead, the women's strawweight fight between Karla Benitez (19 - 16 - 1, Venezuela) and Ielo Page (7 - 5, France via New Caledonia) moves to the penultimate spot on the main card.

Elsewhere, Michael Dobias has been replaced by Guilherme Cadena of Spain, who comes with a 52-fight record to face French talent Laïd Zerhouni at Middleweight. In the preliminaries, Bechir Majri (4- 3, France) replaces Fernando Calvo (5 - 3, Spain) to take on Mathieu Rakotondrazanany at Welterweight.
