There is one less fighter in the UFC Lightweight Division as Ariel Helwani is reporting that the UFC has opted to no re-sign Mike Breeden, who’s contract expired after UFC 294.
Breeden went 1-3-0 under the UFC banner, defeating Anshul Jubli at UFC 294, while dropping bouts to the trio of Alexander Hernandez, Terrance McKinney and Natan Levy. Breeden also competed on Dana White’s Contender Series in 2020, suffering a unanimous decision loss to Anthony Romero.
No comment has been issued by Breeden at this time.
