A welterweight division attraction has been added to the February 17 UFC Fight Night card according to Marcel Dorff as Danny Barlow faces Yusaku Kinoshita.
Barlow (7-0-0) is making his UFC debut in this bout and does so with an undefeated streak that has lasted over two years. Barlow competed on Dana White’s Contender Series, defeating Raheam Forest by first round TKO during the 2023 season. Barlow has competed seven times as a professional MMA fighter and five of those bouts ended in the opening round.
Kinoshita (6-3-0) is currently winless under the UFC banner, dropping bouts to the duo of Adam Fugitt and Billy Goff. Kinoshita also competed on Dana White’s Contender Series, defeating Jose Henrique Souza by third round TKO during the 2022 season. Kinoshita also competed once under the Rizin banner, dropping a fight to Ryuichiro Sumimura at Rizin Trigger 1st.
UFC Fight Night is scheduled for Saturday, February 17 from a location to be announced and with a main event to be announced. PWInsiderXtra is providing live coverage of the event, while broadcast plans have yet to be revealed.
