REPORT: MARCOS ROGERIO DE LIMA FACES JUSTIN TAFA AT UFC 298

A heavyweight division attraction has been added to UFC 298 according to Guilherme Cruz of MMA Fighting as Marcos Rogerio De Lima faces Justin Tafa.

De Lima (21-9-1) has won two of his last four under the UFC banner, with those wins coming over Andrei Arlovski and Waldo Cortes-Acosta. De Lima has gone 2-2-0 when competing on UFC pay-per-view events, but his last such win came at UFC 230 in November of 2018. De Lima has earned 21 wins as a professional MMA fighter and 14 of them have come by way of KO/TKO.

Tafa (7-3-0-1NC) has won three of his last four in the UFC, having beaten Austen Lane, Parker Porter and Harry Hunsucker. Tafa hasn’t been defeated in over two years, with his last loss coming to Jared Vanderaa at UFC Fight Night 188 in May of 2021. Tafa has earned seven wins as a professional MMA fighter and all of them have come by way of KO/TKO.
