A lightweight division attraction has been added to the January 13 UFC Fight Night card according to Marcel Dorff as Tom Nolan faces Nikolas Motta.
Nolan (6-0-0) is going to be making his UFC debut in this encounter and does so with an undefeated streak that has lasted over three years. Nolan did compete on Dana White’s Contender Series, defeating Bogdan Grad by first round knockout during the 2023 season. Nolan has earned six wins as a professional MMA fighter and four of them have come by way of KO/TKO.
Motta (13-5-0-1NC) has won just one of four under the UFC banner, with that lone win coming over Cameron VanCamp at UFC Fight Night 210. Motta also competed on Dana White’s Contender Series, defeating Joseph Lowry by unanimous decision during the 2020 season. Motta is a former CFFC Lightweight Champion, but he relinquished the gold upon earning a UFC contract.
