A featherweight division attraction has been added to the March 23 UFC Fight Night card according to the Iridium Sports Agency as Julian Erosa faces Ricardo Ramos.
Erosa (28-11-0) enters the contest on a two fight losing streak, dropping bouts to Alex Caceres and Fernando Padila. Erosa hasn’t won a bout in over a year, with his last win coming at UFC 279 in September of 2022. Erosa has suffered 11 losses as a professional MMA fighter, but he has yet to be beaten by way of submission.
Ramos (16-5-0) has rotated wins and losses in his last six UFC appearances, with his last bout being a first round submission loss to Charles Jourdain at UFC Fight Night 228. Ramos hasn’t picked up a victory in over a year, with his last win coming at UFC On ESPN 37 in June of 2022. Ramos has earned 16 wins as a professional MMA fighter and seven of them have come by way of submission.
UFC Fight Night is scheduled for Saturday, March 23 from the UFC Apex in Las Vegas, Nevada with no main event announced at this time. PWInsiderXtra is providing live coverage of the event, while broadcast plans have yet to be revealed.
