A middleweight division attraction has been added to the March 23 UFC Fight Night card according to Marcel Dorff as Edmen Shahbazyan faces Dusko Todorovic.
Shahbazyan (12-4-0) has won just one of his last five under the UFC banner, with that lone win coming over Dalcha Lungiambula at UFC 282. Shahbazyan has suffered four losses as a professional MMA fighter and all of those losses came during UFC competition. Shahbazyan also competed on Dana White’s Contender Series, defeating Antonio Jones by first round TKO during the 2018 season.
Todorovic (12-4-0) has won two of his last six in the UFC, with those wins coming over the duo of Maki Pitolo and Jordan Wright. Todorovic hasn’t picked up a victory in over a year, with his last win coming at UFC Fight Night 212 in October of 2022. Todorovic has competed 16 times as a professional MMA fighter and just two of those bouts went the distance.
UFC Fight Night: Ribas vs. Namajunas takes place on Saturday, March 23 from the UFC Apex in Las Vegas, Nevada with Amanda Ribas and Rose Namajunas headlining. PWInsiderXtra is providing live coverage of the event, while broadcast details have yet to be revealed.
