By David Tees on 2/3/2024 12:36 PM

Next week’s UFC Fight Night 236 card has undergone a change as Marcel Dorff is reporting that Ihor Potiera will now fight Robert Dryczek.

Potiera was originally replacing Albert Duraev on the card, but is now fighting Dryczek after Dryczek’s original opponent in Dylan Budka withdrew from their fight.

Potiera (19-5-0) has won just one of his last four under the UFC banner, with that lone win coming over Mauricio Rua at UFC 283. Potiera hasn’t picked up a victory in over a year, as the win at UFC 283 took place in January of 2023. Potiera has earned 19 wins as a professional MMA fighter and nine of them came by way of KO/TKO.

Bryczek (17-5-0) is going to be making his UFC debut in this encounter and does so on the strength of a five fight winning streak. Bryczek hasn’t been defeated in over two years, with that last loss coming to Zdenek Polivka at Oktagon Prime 4 in November of 2021. Bryczek has earned 17 wins as a professional MMA fighter and 11 of those have come by way of KO/TKO.

UFC Fight Night 236 takes place on Saturday, February 10 from the UFC Apex in Las Vegas, Nevada with Jack Hermansson and Joe Pyfer headlining. PWInsiderXtra is providing live coverage of the event, which streams live on ESPN+.
