A lightweight division attraction has been added to UFC 301 according to AG Fight as Elves Brener faces Mytkybek Orolbai.
Brener (16-3-0) is undefeated thus far under the UFC banner, having defeated Zubaira Tukhugov, Guram Kutateladze and Kaynan Kruschewsky. Brener also hasn’t been defeated in over three years and is currently riding a five fight winning streak. Brener has earned 16 wins as a professional MMA fighter and 11 of them have come by way of submission.
Orolbai (12-1-1) is also undefeated thus far in UFC competition, having defeated Uros Medic by submission at UFC Fight Night 232. Orolbai has suffered a single defeat as a professional MMA fighter and that came to Khalid Satuev at ACA Young Eagles 15 in December of 2020. Orolbai has competed 14 times as a professional MMA fighter and just three of those bouts went the distance.
UFC 301 takes place on Saturday, May 4 from the Jeunesse Arena in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil with no main event announced at this time. PWInsiderXtra is providing live coverage of the event, which streams live on ESPN+ pay-per-view.
