A bantamweight division attraction has been added to the April 27 UFC Fight Night card according to Marcel Dorff as Rani Yahya faces Victor Henry.
Yahya (28-11-1-1NC) has won two of his last five under the UFC banner, with those wins coming over Ray Rodriguez and Kyung Ho Kang. Yahya hasn’t won a bout in over two years, with his last win coming at UFC Fight Night 198 in November of 2021. Yahya has earned 28 wins as a professional MMA fighter and 21 of them have come by way of submission.
Henry (23-6-0-1NC) has won just one of his last three in the UFC, with that lone win coming over Tony Gravely at UFC Fight Night 221. Henry hasn’t picked up a victory in a year, as his last win over the aforementioned Gravely came in March of 2023. Henry has suffered six losses as a professional MMA fighter and all of those defeats came by decision.
UFC Fight Night 243 takes place on Saturday, April 27 from the UFC Apex in Las Vegas, Nevada with Manel Kape and Matheus Nicolau headlining. PWInsiderXtra is providing live coverage of the event, while broadcast plans have yet to be revealed.
