A middleweight division attraction has been added to UFC 301 according to Marcel Dorff as Michel Pereira faces Makhmud Muradov.
Pereira (30-11-0-2NC) enters the fight riding a seven fight winning streak and he hasn’t been defeated in over four years. Pereira has competed at both welterweight and middleweight in the UFC, earning a 8-2-0 record in the promotion. Pereira has suffered 11 losses as a professional MMA fighter and eight of them have come by way of decision.
Muradov (26-8-0-1NC) has won just one of his last four in the UFC, with that lone win coming over Bryan Barberena at UFC Fight Night 224. Muradov will be competing for the second time this year, making 2024 his most active year as a fighter since 2021. Muradov has earned 26 wins as a professional MMA fighter and 17 of them have come by way of KO/TKO.
