Martinez (19-4-0) enters the contest riding a six fight winning streak, defeating Zviad Lazishvili, Alejandro Perez, Vince Morales, Cub Swanson, Said Nurmagomedov and Adrian Yanez. Martinez hasn’t been defeated in over three years, with his last loss coming to Davey Grant at UFC Fight Night 187 in March of 2021. Martinez has earned 19 wins as a professional MMA fighter and nine of them have come by way of KO/TKO.
