A welterweight division attraction has been added to UFC 304 according to Marcel Dorff as Sam Patterson faces Kiefer Crosbie.
Patterson (11-2-1) has won just one of two under the UFC banner, with that lone win coming over Yohan Lainesse at UFC 297. Patterson previously competed on Dana White’s Contender Series, defeating Vinicius Sacchelli Cenci by second round submission. Patterson also went undefeated as an amateur MMA fighter, with three of seven wins coming by submission.
Crosbie (10-4-0) is winless thus far in UFC competition, having dropped a bout to Kevin Jousset at UFC 293. Crosbie hasn’t picked up a victory in over a year, with his last win coming over Alex Oliveira at a Rise Fighting Championship event in April of 2023. Crosbie has seen his last five fights end in the first round and it has been over four years since he last fought outside of round one.
