City Championship Wrestling Teams Up with the City of Richmond for Charity Event
Richmond, MI—City Championship Wrestling is proud to announce its partnership with the City of Richmond for a charity event on Saturday, June 15, 2024. The "Ruckus in Richmond" event will occur at the Roosevelt Civic Auditorium in Richmond, MI.
The evening will kick off with a special meet-and-greet with all the competitors on the night's card from 6-7 p.m., followed by a unique charitable initiative. Starting at 7:05 p.m., all proceeds from concessions and ticket sales will be donated to the Saving Destiny Animal Shelter, a worthy cause our organization is honored to support.
"The Ruckus in Richmond" promises to be an action-packed and entertaining event for wrestling enthusiasts and charity supporters featuring a thrilling lineup of wrestling matches and special appearances.
Highlights of the event include the Heavyweight Championship match presented by Starr Craft Brewery, featuring Freedom Ramsey defending the title against Lance Starr. The Puppy Pandemonium Match for the Mike Piascik Memorial Cup, presented by Green Thyme Workshop, will showcase these exciting competitors in this first-ever match between Wild Card Entrant Darion Ultra and other qualifiers.
The full card for the event includes a series of Puppy Pandemonium Qualifier matches, which allow fans to witness intense wrestling action while contributing to a good cause.

Bonus Wild Card: Darion Ultra vs. The Winners of the Other Puppy Pandemonium Qualifiers.
⦁ The Match starts as a 14-man Battle Royale* until eight remain, then they divide into two teams of 4, and an 8-man tag commences.
⦁ Then, after a wrestler is eliminated, the remaining seven will resume the battle royale until an elimination occurs.
⦁ Then, the remaining six will divide, and a 6-man tag will begin. Once a Competitor is defeated, the five competitors left will resume the battle royale until another elimination occurs.
⦁ Then, the final four will separate into a tag team match until another wrestler is eliminated. Then, a three-way dance will begin until the next wrestler is eliminated.
⦁ Then, the final two will battle it in an anything-goes, 1-on-1 match to determine who will capture the cup!
⦁ *In the City Championship Wrestling Battle Royale, eliminations occur via pinfall, submission, knockout, or over the top and touching the floor (NO TWO FEET RULE).
