The forthcoming UFC Abu Dhabi card has taken a hit because the promotion announced during the UFC Fight Night: Lemos vs. Jandiroba card that a welterweight bout between Nick Diaz and Vicente Luque has been pulled from the card.
Travel issues was the reason for the fight being canned, although it is unknown at this time as to which fighter or fighters had the travel issues.
UFC Abu Dhabi takes place on Saturday, August 3 from the Etihad Arena in Yas Island, Abu Dhabi with Cory Sandhagen and Umar Nurmagomedov headlining. PWInsiderXtra is providing live coverage of the event, which airs live on ABC.
