The main event is set for the upcoming Bellator Paris card, as the promotion announced earlier today that Patchy Mix will defend the bantamweight gold against Leandro Higo.
Mix (20-1-0) is making the second defense of his championship, previously defending it against Magomed Magomedov at Bellator Paris in May of 2024. Mix has suffered a single defeat as a professional MMA fighter and that came against Juan Archuleta at Bellator 246 in September of 2020. Mix will be headlining his second straight Bellator card and is undefeated when competing in Bellator main events.
Higo (23-6-0) enters the contest riding a two fight winning streak, defeating the duo of James Gallagher and Nikita Mikhailov. Higo is competing for the second time in 2024, making it his most active year as a professional MMA fighter since 2018. Higo has 23 wins as a professional MMA fighter and 13 of them have come by way of submission.
Bellator Paris takes place on Saturday, November 16 from the Adidas Arena in Paris, France with Patchy Mix and Leandro Higo headlining. PWInsiderXtra is providing live coverage of the event, which streams live on Max.
