A women’s strawweight division attraction has been added to UFC 307 according to AG Fight as #6 Marina Rodriguez faces #14 Iasmin Lucindo.
Rodriguez (17-4-2) has won just one of her last four under the UFC banner, with that lone win coming over Michelle Waterson-Gomez at UFC Fight Night 228. Rodriguez hasn’t picked up a win on a UFC pay-per-view card in over two years, with her last such win coming at UFC 272 in March of 2022. Rodriguez has earned 17 wins as a professional MMA fighter and nine of them have come by way of submission.
Lucindo (16-5-0) enters the contest on a three fight winning streak, defeating the trio of Brogan Walker, Polyana Viana and Karolina Kowalkiewicz. Lucindo has suffered a single loss in UFC competition and that came to Yazmin Jauregui at UFC On ESPN 41. Lucindo has earned 16 wins as a pro MMA fighter and eight of them have come by way of KO/TKO.
