A middleweight division attraction has been added to UFC 307 according to Leo Guimaraes as Cesar Almeida faces Ihor Potieria.
Almeida (5-1-0) has won just one of two under the UFC banner, with that lone win coming over Dylan Budka at UFC Fight Night 240. Almeida competed on Dana White’s Contender Series, defeating Lucas Fernando by unanimous decision during the 2023 season. Almeida has earned five wins as a professional MMA fighter and four of them came by way of KO/TKO.
Potieria (20-6-0) has won just one of his last four in the UFC, with that single win coming over Robert Bryczek at UFC Fight Night 236. Potieria also competed on Dana White’s Contender Series, defeating Lukasz Sudolski by first round TKO during the 2021 season. Potieria has suffered six losses as a professional MMA fighter and four of them came by way of KO/TKO.
