Uros Medic has been pulled from UFC Vegas 95, replacing him against Danny Barlow, according to John Morgan, is Nikolay Veretennikov.
Barlow (8-0-0) has picked up a single win under the UFC banner and that came over Josh Quinlan at UFC 298. Barlow competed on Dana White’s Contender Series, defeating Raheam Forest by first round TKO during the 2023 season. Barlow is undefeated thus far as a professional MMA fighter and that streak has lasted over three years.
Veretennikov (12-4-0) is making his UFC debut in this encounter and does so while riding a three fight winning streak. Veretennikov competed on Dana White’s Contender Series, suffering a defeat to Michael Morales during the 2021 season. Veretennikov has earned 12 wins as a professional MMA fighter and nine of them have come by way of KO/TKO.
