Tri-State Wrestling returns to Hamilton on Sept. 14
Main event featuring Tre’ Lamar vs. Myron Reed in match over a year in the making
CINCINNATI (August 26, 2024) - Tri-State Wrestling’s final show in Hamilton of 2024 on Saturday, September 14 will feature TSW Heavyweight Champion Tre’ Lamar defending his title against Myron Reed in a 1-on-1 match fans have been waiting more than a year to see.
The match was made official after Reed won the second annual “Stack the Deck” match at July’s show in Hamilton, guaranteeing him a TSW title match at any time of his choosing over the next calendar year. The “Yung GOAT” immediately issued the challenge to Lamar after the match and TSW confirmed the match the next day.
Reed previously held the title briefly after defeating inaugural champion VsK at the company’s “Do Or Die” show in Hamilton in July 2023. However, Lamar attacked Reed after the match and cashed in his “Stack the Deck” opportunity in that moment to become the champion. Lamar has held the title ever since, with a reign now surpassing 13 months.
The show on September 14, which is presented by Raising Cane’s of Hamilton, will also feature a one-on-one matchup between “No Limit” Matt Diesel and Damian Chambers, who will have Kayla Kassidy in his corner. These two competitors have been in a heated feud since Chambers’s sneak attack on Diesel at TSW’s April show in Hamiton, and this will be the first time they have locked up in a singles match.
Also scheduled to appear on September 14 are VsK, Sam Beale, GPA, The Hype and JDX, along with the TSW debut of Isaiah Moore. Stay tuned to @TSWProWrestling on X, Instagram and Facebook for more announcements.
