**MAJOR UPDATE FOR BKB 39 AND 40 MAIN EVENTS**
April 4th’s BKB 39 main event in Myrtle Beach, SC, USA will now be champion Cub Hawkins taking on undefeated Jack Marshman for the BKB Cruiserweight championship; while the Dan Podmore-Emil Markic Bridgerweight title match will be moved to April 19th’s BKB 40 card in Cardiff, Wales, UK.
MIAMI, FL – BKB Bare Knuckle Boxing, the biggest and baddest bare knuckle organization in the world, announced today a major change in its next two cards due to unforeseen issues that held up visa approval with one of the fighters. The main events for those fight nights will be flipped.
BKB Cruiserweight Champion, Cub “The Savage” Hawkins, will now defend his title against UFC veteran and undefeated bare knuckle fighter, Jack “The Hammer” Marshman at BKB 39 on Friday, April 4 at the John T. Rhodes Myrtle Beach Sports Center in South Carolina, USA.
England’s “Big Pod” Dan Podmore will now defend his BKB Bridgerweight title on April 19 when he takes on Bosnia and Herzegovina’s undefeated “Slavic Warrior” Emil Markic at BKB 40 Cardiff Brawl II at the Vale Arena in Wales. Also on that card, BKB Super Welterweight champion Wales’ Liam Rees making his first title defense against Peterborough, UK’s Martin “The Rebel” Reffell.
