PROTEUS WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP SCRAMBLE MATCH ANNOUNCED FOR CHAPTER 179: PROGRESS, LAS PROGRESS
PROGRESS Wrestling is heading to Las Vegas, and the stakes just got even higher.
We can now officially announce that the PROTEUS World Championship will be defended in a Scramble Match at Chapter 179: PROGRESS, LAS PROGRESS - our event on American soil during WrestleMania weekend.
But before we look to the bright lights of Vegas, there’s unfinished business here in the UK. Current champion Simon Miller will be putting his title on the line this Sunday in a Dog House Rules match against Gene Munny at Chapter 178: Fix Your Hearts. With no disqualifications, no count-outs, and only one man left standing, it promises to be a brutal battle for the gold.
Will Simon Miller survive with the Proteus Championship still in hand? Or will Gene Munny finally claw his way to the top and board the plane to Vegas as champion?
Whoever walks out of Chapter 178 with the belt will defend it in a fast-paced, high-stakes Scramble Match at Chapter 179 and we’ll be revealing the full list of participants very soon. Expect some of the very best from PROGRESS and beyond, all hungry for a shot at one of the most unpredictable and hard-fought titles in the company.
With the Proteus Championship’s unique rules and fierce reputation, this is set to be one of the wildest matches of the weekend and a major highlight of PROGRESS’ international showing.
The road to Vegas runs through the Dog House. Who will survive? Who will scramble their way to championship glory?
