BKB BARE KNUCKLE BOXING 41: BRAWL IN DUVAL II RESULTS FROM JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA RESULTS

BKB Bare Knuckle Boxing returned to Jacksonville Saturday night, May 31 at the Prime Osborn Convention Center for BKB 41: Brawl in Duval II headlined by a Lightweight title matchup.

Jarod Grant was crowned BKB Interim Lightweight Champion after defeated late-minute replacement Jorge Bargallo by unanimous decision in one of the most entertaining bare knuckle matches of the year.  Grant becomes mandatory challenger for BKB Lightweight Champion Julio Tanori when he returns from injury.

In the co-main event matchup of second-generation stars, Rolando Dy came out firing in the third round, downing Robert Duran Jr. twice and winning by TKO at the end of the third round.

 

Yampier Ramirez moved to 3-0 and has his sights set on a featherweight title after a hard-fought but impressive win over former champion Brandon Birr in the evening's Fight of the Night.

 

Former BKB Heavyweight champion DJ Linderman is victorious in his return to the Trigon with a unanimous decision over Jamal Woods.

Lalaine Mota stays undefeated and gets her first W in the trigon with an impressive and aggressive first round TKO over former BKB Lightweight champion Monica Medina.

Joshua Sikes defeated Rusty Crowder by unanimous decision.

Tommy Aaron picked up his first victory in the Trigon in dramatic fashion with a third-round Knockout of the Night of Ryan Jett, after a tense back and forth that carried over after the fight.

 

Former and inaugural BKB Super Welterweight champ Jose Fernandez and Trigon newcomer Jordan Nash opened the night with a fight worthy of the night’s best going the full five rounds, with Fernandez improving to 4-1 by unanimous decision.
