A lightweight division affair has been added to the August 2 UFC Fight Night card according to MMA Junkie as Chris Duncan faces Mateusz Rebecki.
Duncan (13-2-0) has won four of five in the UFC, with those wins coming over Omar Morales, Yanal Ashmouz, Bolaji Oki and Jordan Vucenic. Duncan also competed on Dana White’s Contender Series, defeating Charlie Campbell and being defeated by Viacheslav Borshchev. Duncan also went 3-0-0 under the Bellator banner, with all three wins coming by way of KO/TKO.
Rebecki (20-2-0) has also won four of five in the UFC, with his victories coming against Nick Fiore, Loik Radzhabov, Roosevelt Roberts and Myktybek Orolbai. Rebecki also fought once in Dana White’s Contender Series, defeating Rodrigo Lidio by first round submission. Rebecki has competed 22 times as a professional MMA fighter and just four of those bouts went the distance.
UFC Fight Night takes place on Saturday, August 2 from the UFC Apex in Las Vegas, Nevada with Amir Albazi and Tatsuro Taira headlining. PWInsiderXtra is providing live coverage of the event, which streams live on ESPN+.
