A middleweight division fight will be headlining UFC Fight Night Paris as #1 Nassaurdine Imavov faces #6 Caio Borralho.
The UFC announced the news through their social media channels.
Imavov (16-4-0-1NC) enters the contest riding a four fight winning streak, with those victories coming over Roman Dolidze, Jared Cannonier, Brendan Allen and Israel Adesanya. Imavov hasn’t been beaten in over two years, with that last loss coming to Sean Strickland at UFC Fight Night 217 in January of 2023. Imavov has earned 16 wins as a professional MMA fighter and seven of them came by way of KO/TKO.
Borralho (17-1-0-1NC) is undefeated thus far under the UFC banner, with notable victories coming over Armen Petrosyan, Abus Magomedov, Paul Craig and Jared Cannonier. Borralho competed twice on Dana White’s Contender Series, defeating the duo of Aaron Jeffery and Jesse Murray. Borralho has suffered a single defeat as a professional MMA fighter and that came to Joao Carvalho at Brader Fight 3 in July of 2015.
UFC Fight Night Paris takes place on Saturday, September 6 from the Accor Arena in Paris, France with Nassaurdine Imavov and Caio Borralho headlining. PWInsiderXtra is providing live coverage of the event, which streams live on ESPN+.
