A heavyweight division attraction has been added to UFC 318 according to MMA Junkie as Lukasz Brzeski faces Ryan Spann.

Brzeski (9-6-1, 1NC) has won just one of five under the UFC banner, with that lone win coming over Valter Walker at UFC Fight Night 240. Brzeski hasn’t put a winning streak together in over six years and his last such streak lasted for just two fights. Brzeski also competed on Dana White’s Contender Series, fighting Dylan Potter to a no contest.

Spann (22-11-0) has also won just one of his last five in the UFC, with his lone win coming over Ovince St. Preux at UFC 307. Spann has fought at heavyweight and light heavyweight in the UFC, but is currently winless in the promotion as a heavyweight. Spann competed twice on Dana White’s Contender Series, defeating Emiliano Sordi and being defeated by Karl Roberson.

UFC 318 takes place on Saturday, July 19 from the Smoothie King Center in New Orleans, Louisiana with Max Holloway and Dustin Poirier headlining. PWInsiderXtra is providing live coverage of the event, which streams live on ESPN+ pay-per-view.
