A middleweight division attraction has been added to UFC 327 according to Jake Noecker as Kyle Daukaus takes on Vicente Luque.
Daukaus (17-4-0-1NC) has gone undefeated thus far in his second stint with the UFC, defeating Michel Pereira and Gerald Meerschaert. Daukaus won just two of six during his first UFC run, which featured wins over Dustin Stoltzfus and Jamie Pickett. Daukaus enters the fight riding a six fight winning streak and he hasn’t been defeated in over three years.
Luque (23-12-1) is making his UFC Middleweight Division debut in this bout, having previous competed at welterweight. Luque has won just two of his last seven in the UFC, with those wins coming over Rafael Dos Anjos and Themba Gorimbo. Luque hasn’t put a winning streak together in over five years and his last such streak lasted for four fights.
