Shavkat Rakhmonov hasn’t competed since defeating Ian Garry by unanimous decision at UFC 310 in December of 2024.
Rakhmonov has been on the shelf ever since due to a knee injury thar required surgery and according to a report from Ariel Helwani, Rakhmonov has reinjured his knee and will need another surgery, which could keep him out of action until the end of this year.
There is no word on what lead to the fighter’s knee getting injured again and there has been no statement issued by Rakhmonov or a representative at this time.
