A lightweight division attraction will be headlining the upcoming PFL Belfast card as Paul Hughes faces Jay Jay Wilson.
The PFL announced the news via social media.
Hughes (14-3-0) has won two of four under the PFL banner, having defeated the duo of AJ McKee and Bruno Miranda. Hughes has previously challenged for the PFL Lightweight Championship, losing twice to Usman Nurmagomedov. Hughes has previously headlined three PFL cards, earning a 1-2-0 record in those appearances.
Wilson (11-2-0) has won three of five entering this bout, with those wins coming over Vladimir Tokov, Mansour Barnoui, and Mads Burnell. Wilson has won just one of two under the PFL banner, with that lone win coming over the aforementioned Burnell. Wilson has suffered two losses as a professional MMA fighter and both of those losses came via decision.
PFL Belfast takes place on Thursday, April 16 from The SSE Arena in Belfast, Ireland with Paul Hughes and Jay Jay Wilson headlining.
