The rivalry between UFC CEO Dana White and boxing promoter Eddie Hearn has continued for over a decade now.
Things between the two have gotten more intense since the launch of Zuffa Boxing and if White has his way, a fight against Hearns will materialize down the line.
"First of all, we're both too old," White said in an interview with Piers Morgan (transcript via Matthew Wells of MMA Junkie). "That would have to be like a Jake Paul Netflix card – or we could both fight Jake Paul. We're in his age bracket of guys he likes to fight. Listen, if Eddie wants to box, we can box. I don't think Eddie wants to box. ... Back in the day, I used to box with all the guys. Boxers and UFC guys. I have boxed."
White was set to box former UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Tito Ortiz back in the day, but Ortiz withdrew the day before their fight.
