I liked the opener between King Booker, John Cena and Big Show. I felt Cena came across as quite annoying but it was a good way to build towards the next PPV.
The announcement of Taker vs Cena had me out of my seat and the same was true for the live crowd.
Samoa Joe - er I mean Umaga defeating Kane wasn't surprising but the fact the match was decent was a pleasant surprise. Why won't they let Estrada talk on the mic more? He's fantastic. Will Kane end up on Sci-Fi's ECW now I wonder?
The DX "comedy" interview segment was painful to watch. How can anyone with a brain cell find this stuff funny?
Big Show vs Jeff Hardy was a good contrast of styles but the best bit was Show tossing Johnny Nitro around like a ragdoll. That was an amazing show of strength.
Then we got more "comedy" from DX with the cock jokes. I didn't laugh once. This stuff would be insulting to a 13-year-old's sense of humor. The match itself was basically a squash. I did like Jerry Lawlor referring to Cade and Murdoch as the "Redneck Wrecking Crew" and I think that would be a good name for these guys.
Benoit's appearance against Benjamin was a welcome one and the match was short but sweet. I hope Benoit is in for a good push on Smackdown.
The 6-man tag match involving Smackdown was OK. Rey winning made sense to build from his win at No Mercy.
The women's lumberjack match was alright for what it was. It's always nice to see Maria!
The Booker T/RVD match was great for the commentary alone. I was rooting for Tazz as he and JBL exchanged words. Michael Cole was funny too - "Hey can I call the match?" with Styles replying, "Well control your pet over there!" Priceless! Did you notice also how Tazz spoke to Michael? Definitely bad blood still there me thinks.
Flair vs Mitch was great for the return of the legends. Great to see Arn Anderson again. I think the last time he was on TV was Wrestlemania 18 when Flair fought The Undertaker.
I think it's great to see Edge and Orton teaming up and it reminds me of the 'Power trip' when HHH and Austin teamed up back in 2001.
Cena vs Undertaker was a great match on paper but the finish of the match was never going to be free of interference. Still, I enjoyed seeing Taker back on Raw and it was good that the crowd sided with him.
All in all I thought it was a good show with special moments. I'll give it a 4/5.

Ok this Raw was pretty good. The matches were pretty good with the exception of the women's match. Now I'm excited with the announcement of the 3-way with the champions. I see a lot of bad remarks about Cade & Murdoch. I like the team one reason one you know they not gonna get caught by the drug policy and to me they are like a throwback team. Oh yeah Big Show forgot he was in Jingle All the Way as a fighting Santa.
They began the new feud DX vs Orton and Edge. As for Orton's promo maybe its the weed he was caught smoking cause it seems like he was reading a cue card.
Why do they have Vicky Guerrero as a manager, it just seems wrong. Oh yeah the match was so so, iIs it me or has Batista digressed or what. It is sad that Bobby Lashley was looking better and he isn't ready for main event.
King Booker vs RVD was ok but it has been seen before so not that special now.
Cryme Tyme they better deliver in the ring so I can forget about the racist vignettes they did to introduce them.
The pop of the night Ric Flair coming out with Roddy Piper, Money Inc (DiBiase and IRS) and Arn Anderson. I just wished they would have let them all do there finisher on the Spirit Squad especially let Arn do a spinebuster.
The match Cena vs Undertaker was ok not much to write about.
Well great show but to me it could have just been 2 hours with dropping the 6 man Smackdown match.

3 hrs more of yawning and fighting to stay awake,..How in the heck can you have a Family reunion without the man that put the WWF/E on the map?...Where was Hulk Hogan?...They brought out Arn Anderson who is a agent and is on standby anyway but where was Tully Blanchard?...On all accounts WWE dropped the ball again last night. The WWE issued a apology for nudity on their PPV will they do the same for nudity on last nights program? Did anyone else notice the large cardboard sign being held by a fan during the main event that said TNA IS BETTER. Thursday Night and TNA Impact on SPike with Kurt Angles debut can't come soon enough.
