What a terrible night. This PPV was the worst I have seen all year. The two matches that were announced didn't live up to the hype whatsoever, and the matches that were added on the fly weren't even as good as some of the stuff on the ECW TV Show. The Hardys vs MNM was "ok". But could have and should have been better considering the match was somewhat of some length. The matches that were added did nothing to any storyline whatsoever. I guess Sabu is about as "out the door" as they can get considering how he was handled tonight. There were quite a few Sabu signs in the crowd that I noticed. They could have at least put him out there and just had him get put out first. But no. What do they do? Replace him with someone that nobody gives a crap about anymore, Hardcore Holly. And who goes out first? The man that everyone wants to see at the top. CM Punk. The most over man in the entire "brand". The man who, thanks to a hot crowd, had everyone excited for whatever was in store for him after the Survivor Series. Ridiculous. The most exciting moments of the entire night came during the 3 or so minute interaction between RVD and CM Punk. Yet they went out really quick. Punk first, followed by Holly....on a two count...and then RVD. Stupid. This was just a really bad PPV and I think it really signaled the death for WWECW in my view.

I just finished watching the ECW PPV and there's a few comments I would like to put out there. First of all, let me begin by saying that I am not anti-ECW, I think that if given the chance, their product can really be worthwhile but I found that whoever put this one together really dropped the ball big time. Here's why :
1. You have the Sandman plastered all over the poster for this one and the best you can come up with is a lousy run-in after a completed match.
2. You take Sabu out of the elimination chamber (the one who actually would have made the match worth watching) ...... Nice touch on doing it DURING the PPV ..... no refunds then !!!!
3. You give CM Punk the biggest build-up ever only to have him be the first eliminated out of the chamber. I really feel sorry for that man ..... his career just took a big blow right there.
4. You had two advertised matches ........ and the opening contest was probably the best match of the night.
5. The elimination chamber (although labeled extreme) was horrible to watch, with lots of dead time (Test waiting for Lashley to come out and then Lashley doing the same for the Big Show)
Honestly, this was not worth the $40.00 I just spent for a 2 1/2 hour PPV (the whole thing was over and done with by 10H25pm). With only 6 matches total, it's really obvious to see that the WWE does not want ECW to be an entity on their own. I mean honestly ..... half the roster are Raw or Smackdown superstars that weren't being used on their respective brands.
Really disappointing

You might have to edit this for the language I’m using…sorry.
December to Dis-Remember. This was one of the worst pay per views I’ve ever seen. The last time I saw CM Punk treated this way was when he made his ROH debut, and that was justified because he was going against established ROH roster members. CM Punk is easily the best worker on the ECW roster, and they treat him like sh**t. I swear, if I didn’t have a free PPV lined up, I would have called and demanded a refund for such a worthless show. The only good thing about this event (and I use that word loosely) was the opener that gave me an old 1999 tag team division feeling when the Hardys and Edge & Christian were having their feud, before the Dudleys came in. CM Punk said in an interview it was his dream to be in WWE…Punk should have stayed in ROH, where he would have been more appreciated for his abilities, or gone back to TNA.
At least Joe vs. Angle II is next weekend
Sorry for the language.
