June 4th: "American Angel" Sara Del Rey was crowned the first SHIMMER Champion this past Saturday night in Berwyn, IL as part of a two night, 16 woman, single elimination tournament. Del Rey defeated Cindy Rogers, Alicia, and "Dark Angel" Sarah Stock during the first three rounds of the tournament, to work her way into the finals against Lacey. Sara finished Lacey off with the Royal Butterfly into the powerslam, followed immediately by a jumping piledriver to capture the title. Congratulations, Death Rey! ROH will recognize the SHIMMER Title. There are currently negotiations taking place to have Del Rey defend the belt in ROH.
June 4th: There will be a double header in Philadelphia this Saturday and now you can get tickets for only $10 at ROHwrestling.com. You can see both the "Do Or Die" event that starts at 6:15pm and the ROH main show, which will start around 7:45pm, for only $10. Act fast because the $10 ticket sale ends on Wednesday. Signed for the "Do Or Die" show is a special grudge match main event of Lacey with Jimmy Jacobs vs. Daizee Haze. These two have a long running feud and even though they are established on the ROH roster they want to be on the "Do Or Die" show so they don't have to wait until the main show to get their hands on each other. Also signed for "Do Or Die" is Gran Akuma & Hallowicked vs. Deranged & Azrieal, Rex Sterling vs. Damien Wayne and Pelle Primeau will defend the Top Of The Class Trophy. We have the entire main show lineup listed below.
June 4th: Larry Sweeney has told ROH officials who Nigel McGuinness' mystery opponent is this Saturday in Philadelphia. ROH officials are not allowed to give a name due to a confidentiality agreement Sweeney had them sign, but ROH officials promise that this match can main event any ROH show. All Sweeney will say is that this man is Nigel's toughest opponent.

June 4th: Day 3 of the Lacey/Jimmy Jacobs love story will be up later today at ROHvideos.com. Watch it for FREE at www.ROHvideos.com and on Youtube to see what everyone is talking about.
June 4th: ROH officials are currently debating which title match to headline with this Saturday in Philadelphia. Today we'll look at the 2/3 Fall ROH World Tag Team Title Match pitting Champions Jay & Mark Briscoe vs. Chris Hero & Claudio Castagnoli. These two teams tore down the house last December in Hartford and Manhattan. They split those two matches. Castagnoli is coming off the show stealing match teaming with Matt Sydal against The Briscoes that will air on the "Respect Is Earned" PPV this July and August. Castagnoli was able to pick any partner of his choice for Philadelphia and he picked the man he won the ROH World Tag Team Titles with in Chris Hero. However, Hero has been estranged recently from Castagnoli since Hero signed with super agent Larry Sweeney. Castagnoli and Sweeney definitely have a developing issue. It will be interesting to see what happens in this epic ROH World Tag Team Title Match. The Briscoes stated in the latest ROH Video Wire at ROHvideos.com that they will win this bout in two straight falls just like they did against Austin Aries & Roderick Strong in Boston last January. Can Hero & Castagnoli recapture their magic as a tag team? Check out this huge tag team title match live for just $10 if you get tickets by Wednesday night at ROHwrestling.com.
June 4th: We'll have the final Roxbury Crossing, MA lineup for this Friday in tomorrow's ROHwrestling.com Newswire. Get $10 tix now at ROHwrestling.com to see Takeshi Morishima vs. Jay Briscoe and much more. There is a video preview of the Morishima vs. Briscoe World Title Match in the latest ROH Video Wire at ROHvideos.com including highlights from when they collided last month in Hartford.
