June 11th: Matt Sydal has selected his partner for his ROH World Tag Team Title shot against Champions Jay & Mark Briscoe on June 22nd in Dayton. It will be a rematch of the show stealing match from ROH's "Respect Is Earned" PPV taping, but with a different twist. Sydal has selected a competitor who is very familiar with The Briscoes. Dayton on June 22nd will see Jay & Mark Briscoe vs. Matt Sydal & Claudio Castagnoli in a 2/3 Falls Match for the ROH World Tag Team Titles. The Briscoes requested a 2/3 Falls Match so they can keep their streak alive of winning these bouts in two straight falls. They defeated the duo of Austin Aries & Roderick Strong in two straight falls at "Dedicated" last January and then the duo of Castagnoli & Chris Hero in two straight falls last Saturday in Philadelphia. This main event match of the year quality bout and the fact it was taped for ROH's second PPV were presented as a complete surprise to the fans of Philly. This is one reason why you can't miss a live ROH event. You never know what will happen!!! This match will not be included on the 6/9 DVD and will first be seen on ROH's second PPV.
