September 11th: Ring Of Honor is coming to Las Vegas!!! ROH will make its first ever tour of the West Coast with events on 10/19 in Las Vegas and 10/21 in San Francisco as part of the WrestleFanFest convention (check http://www.wrestlefanfest.com/index.html for info). The ROH event in Vegas will take pace at the Sam's Town Hotel & Casino. Tickets will go on sale this Monday at ROHwrestling.com. Already signed for both LV and SF are: ROH World Tag Team Champions Jay & Mark Briscoe; Bryan Danielson, Nigel McGuinness; Austin Aries; No Remorse Corps of Roderick Strong, Davey Richards & Rocky Romero; Delirious plus many more to be announced soon. These will both be big ROH shows!!!
September 11th: This Saturday will be a huge night in Chicago as ROH tapes its third pay-per-view. The belltime for this show will now be 8pm. The PPV will be taped during the first half of the show. The second half will feature non-PPV matches including the ROH debut of the imposing Amazing Kong as she teams with Daizee Haze against SHIMMER Champion Sara Del Rey & Lacey. This Saturday in Chicago will be Matt Sydal's final night in ROH. Sydal will wrestle career long rival Delirious for the final time. Sydal says he doesn't care about a sendoff, he just wants to prove that he is better than Delirious. The last time these two were involved in a fall Delirious pinned Sydal. September 11th: Pelle Primeau has started rehab on his back and expects to be out until December. We wish Pelle a speedy recovery. Primeau was injured by BJ Whitmer on 8/25 in New York when Whitmer beat him with no mercy.
September 11th: Last week we talked about a situation where The Briscoes had a private family photo album stolen. Pictures of Mark and Jay as kids have popped up on a despicable website that we refuse to give publicity to by naming. The Briscoes demanded space in last week's ROHwrestling.com Newswire and we obliged. Once again they have asked for some space.
