This has been dragging on WAY farther than it should have. It's said that its the $$$$ amount that is holding up Time Warner to sign up with WWE 24/7. Its getting very close to the 4 year mark that "talks" have allegedly been going on between TWC & WWE. TWC's wrestling fans are getting screwed in the process. They sure know where & when to find each other when the schedule for the overdosing of PPVs is announced.
They wonder why the buyrates for the ppvs are so so. One reason is that the quality of them barely rates a SNME. The charge of $40 per ppv & $50 for Wrestlemania is total insanity.
But yet, they are still in talks about WWE 24/7. How long does it take to talk? 24/7 is a proven $$$$ maker, so whats with TWC? How about thinking of the fan for once? I've sent this to TWC & have never even had the courtesy of a response.
What would WWE do if TWC customers who order WWE ppvs, told TWC they will NOT order anymore PPVs until something is done to get 24/7 on TWC. We all know that there's a better chance of me slow dancing with Shakira than there is of this happening. It seems that the majority of wrestling fans are all talk when it comes to discussing issues that affect the average wrestling fan of today. Here they have our support (not deserved) for the PPVs & live house shows, buying the souvenirs, video games & the like. But when its something that the overwhelming majority of wrestling fans would like & appreciate, what we get from TWC & WWE is "Who are you?" "Keep sending us your money".
I'm willing to help, speak out or whatever about this, but I can't be the only one who would speak out like this. Is everyone else too afraid or what? Start speaking out.
Let the WWE & TWC know that we are wrestling fans who know what we want & when we want it.
Thanks for letting me shoot off about this as I have, but enough is enough.
