RING OF HONOR NEWSWIRE: GLORY BY HONOR, NIGEL MCGUINNESS AND MORE
By ROH Wrestling on 10/24/2007 10:00 AM
October 24th: ROH World Champion Nigel McGuinness has suffered an arm injury. He will get a MRI on Friday and we should know results on Tuesday. As soon as we get an update from Nigel we will update you. McGuinness could be back for the 11/2 & 3 events. Right now he is listed as questionable for the next shows. Nigel just told us that he is not in much pain now and is hopeful to be 100% soon.
October 24th: Right now ROH's booking plans are up in the air until we know more about Nigel McGuinness' status. We hope to have some new matches to announce for 11/2 in Philly and 11/3 in Manhattan this week, but we might have to wait until we receive word from McGuinness. We assure you that only the best possible matches will be signed for "Glory By Honor VI" weekend. Floor seating is sold out for 11/3 at the Manhattan Center. Act now to get the few remaining balcony and general admission seats and see Mitsuharu Misawa vs. KENTA. We assure you that this will be the only time you get to see a match like that in ROH. 11/2 will most likely be the largest crowd ROH has ever had in Philadelphia. 7th row reserved tickets and general admission tickets still remain at ROHwrestling.com. Act now to see these once in a lifetime events live!!!
October 24th: Chris Hero is your "Survival Of The Fittest" champion. Hero won the annual tournament last Friday in Las Vegas and then celebrated out on the town with his super agent Larry Sweeney. Hero will receive a future shot at the ROH World Title for winning the tourney. The match will be signed as soon as we get work on McGuinness' status.
October 24th: Human Tornado impressed ROH officials last weekend in his ROH debut. He has been added to the 11/30 Dayton and 12/1 Chicago events. Tickets for both shows are on sale now at ROHwrestling.com.

October 24th: We want to thank all the fans in Las Vegas and San Francisco for their support last weekend. You made ROH feel really welcomed and appreciated. You might not have been the largest crowds, but you were two of the best crowds we've ever been in front of. It was our pleasure and we hope you enjoyed the events as much as the entire ROH crew did. Thank you. Look for a report on the weekend by tomorrow on the main page of ROHwrestling.com complete with all the insider locker room happenings.
